Predictor-based control of time-delay systems: a survey

چکیده
With the developments of wireless data communication and network technology, time-delays are widely found in nowadays' control systems, e.g. networked mobile robot multi-agent systems. Predictor-based is an effective method dealing with long because it can generally lead to a delay-free closed-loop system by introducing prediction for future states. Recently, various predictor-based methods have been developed numerous systems subject different time-delays, which motivates this survey. This paper presents comprehensive review up-to-date results on time-delay Firstly, ordinary differential equation-based approaches designing analysing controllers summarised. Secondly, one reports alternative control, systems/controllers understood sense partial equations. Next, several integration-free introduced: abandoning infinite-dimensional integral terms, laws become easier realise practice. Hereafter, discusses real-time implementations practical applications particular Finally, suggests some new trends research.
